Hi everyone, I'm a senior hurdler and high jumper and just wanted to share how fall training and the semester has been going so far.  \n After a great 5 weeks of pre-season training the team is officially in in-season training, meaning 20 hours of practice/lift compared to 8 hours in pre-season. Pre-season consisted of full team workouts 3 days a week, and 3 lift days per week
