ATLANTA, Aug. 10, 2025 — NIL Club announced the expansion of its platform to better serve high school student-athletes, including new educational resources and state-compliant earning opportunities.
As more states pass legislation allowing high school athletes to monetize their NIL, the need for trustworthy, compliant platforms has grown. NIL Club's expansion addresses this gap with age-appropriate features and enhanced parental controls.
"High school athletes deserve the same opportunities and protections as their college counterparts," said Mick Assaf, co-founder of YOKE. "We've built a system that respects both the unique position of these young athletes and the regulatory landscape they operate in."
The expanded resources include NIL education modules, financial literacy content, and a state-by-state compliance guide. The platform also offers parental oversight features that allow guardians to monitor and approve earning activities.
NIL Club's high school features are available in states where high school NIL is permitted by law, with the platform automatically adjusting functionality based on each athlete's location and eligibility status.
